With numerous years of designing new homes, additions, renovations, and kitchen and bath remodels across New York and Connecticut, TheArchitectStudio brings experience and understanding of good design. We approach every project as an opportunity to balance the needs and wants of our clients with our design knowledge; together creating a project that is unique in form and function. From traditional, modern, or a blend of styles, using quality materials and workmanship while keeping in mind the budget, is what we aim to accomplish in every project.
Our philosophy
We believe that good design is based on some very basic key principles. The design should provide a sense of belonging; a cohesiveness between the literal and abstract characteristics of the environment. The immediate and future impact should be considered when designing a project so that a balance can be maintained between the built and natural environment. The design should also reflect the comfort of the user, keeping in mind their current and future needs. The success of every project lies within these basic principals and with good communication, collaboration, and dedication we can create a well designed project. We continually work to update our practices through various learning opportunities to shape our philosophy and to continually grow as a professional Architecture Firm.
