TheArchitectStudio is a small residential architectural firm that focuses on the needs of the client combined with good design practices. We work with a team of consultants, engineers, surveyors, contractors, tradespeople, and other local professionals to bring the best possible product and experience to our clients. Our team can easily guide you through the process of planning to the completion of a project. We have experience in working with local building departments, architectural review and zoning boards, cost estimating and feasibility studies, and value engineering. The practice started and continues to grow in Sea Cliff, NY; the hometown of principal Architect, Doreen Britt. Here we have enjoyed being involved with the community at a personal level and making a difference in the practice of Architecture through local, state, and national organizations.
